Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Partners We ship across India using trusted courier partners including Delhivery. You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at organicsvijila@gmail.com with photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
